1. Services

We provide assistance with document preparation, guidance, and process tracking. We do not provide legal advice or act as a legal representative.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee visa approval or outcomes. All decisions are made by relevant government authorities.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

4. Payments

Payments may include fees for digital services, consultation, and applicable government fees required for visa processing.

Government fees are collected and paid to the relevant authorities on behalf of the user, where applicable, and do not constitute revenue for VISAGENT.

All fees are clearly presented before purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are made for digital services and consultation.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been delivered
  • Duplicate payment has been made

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The service has already been delivered
  • The user changes their mind after purchase

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

VISAGENT is not responsible for any losses resulting from visa decisions, delays, or rejections.

VISAGENT does not act as a financial intermediary and does not hold user funds beyond service-related payments.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
